Entire Guesthouse 5 mins to Siesta Key & downtown

The owners are amazing. This is the place I will always rent when coming to Sarasota. It’s so clean and big.

Nothing. It got better the 2nd time we rented the place.

I have friends in the area so it's a convenient location for me when I visit. There are plenty of amenities nearby. Easy to get in and out of the room. Clean and quiet location well off the main road. Good AC unit, good microwave, has silverware and dishes and all kinds of soaps, towels. If you're a complainer and need everything to look perfect stay somewhere else. If you're a normal person with reasonable expectations this place has everything you need with no frills.

Nothing crazy but I did notice a few things. A couple times I saw some bugs getting in under the sliding glass door. The fridge door is a bit of an eye sore, it's an old fridge, works fine and is clean but its the first thing you see when you walk in so don't be discouraged. Could use a new toilet seat, preferably a soft closing one. Just some minor cosmetic things could be updated but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The owner was in the back yard with a headlamp on at 10pm gardening, digging holes. I thought it was funny, wasn't sure if he was digging the hole for me or what. Not a big deal, but if you're a paranoid person I can see how it might catch you off guard.

Host was friendly and available.

Close to Siesta Key Beach, hosts were friendly and helpful. Quiet and private location, our second time staying here and plan to return again.

The small apartment was great. It was very cozy and the management was very friendly and great communication. The bed was comfortable to the point that I didn’t have any back pains like other beds.

There was a particular spell. I didn’t like as soon as I entered the facility. I think it was coming from the fridge because the fridge looked very old.

Nice little unit with privacy. Easy to get to and close to the beach if you’re looking for that l.

Very easy to get into the room, clear instructions. Friendly people. I would love to stay in this place again when the need arises!
