Comfortable room with private bathroom and kitchenette. Parking on driveway. Access to beaches requires bicycle or car. Bicycle rental shops within walking distance. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. Garden with round table, seats and parasol just outside room. Adjustable air conditioning in room. Legacy Trail of former railway for cycling starts about three miles from accommodation and goes to Venice. 18 miles cycle ride to Venice Beach using Legacy Trail.

Very clean and fully stocked with all the necessary stuff. Quiet area.

The air conditioner besides the bed is a bit on the loud side.
