Great town centre location, clean room and good facilties

No drawers in room but as a temporary stay, not a problem

No breakfast convenience for shops food

Freezing cold at night. Bed in menzarine difficult to get into fridge could not get to work properly

it is as described - it is very clean - it is great value for money - it is in walking distance of Kettering center restaurants and pubs

location was okay. but parking is street only! and almost no street available parking. if you can find. one but this property was in a quiet location.

there was no toilet paper and bed was dirty but owner did manage a resolution for the lack of toilet paper. and a real person answered the call that was english. so there is actual UK english support for this property. and the owner or support person was need make the necesssary offerings for the lack of such necessities unlike others.

When I booked I was under the impression I had a en-suite, but to was room only , it did have a private bathroom for my use but it was downstairs, also no mirror in room , and the room hadn’t been vacuumed, sheet were clean , towels were fresh and firestick , were the on good 3 things , there was litter outside front door along with the over flooding rubbish wheelie bin
