"Nice location. Uncomfortable stay."

Location. Enquired to ask if leaving luggage early was possible, was told it was which was a nice gesture however didn’t need to do so in the end.

Heating issue. Absolutely freezing in the room and a very uncomfortable evening. Messaged to ask if there was a fix but no reply until after I checked out.

The location was convenient, close to the center, but regarding the heating in the house and cleanliness for the price we stayed at, I was a bit disappointed and maybe next time I would choose a hotel with breakfast🤩
