I booked for 3 night When we arrived , the rubbish from previous guests were still there Dirty carpet dirty doors dirty beddings and towels . We slept with our coats on as could not use their bedding Used one T-shirt over the pillow . The heating was off during night so we were frozen cold as was disgusting to use their beddings Checked out on my first night and booked elsewhere for the rest of our trip I would not stay there even for free I have made a formal complaint with booking and claimed a refund from the booking as the host did not reply to my refund request I have stayed in many places and I don’t mind old furnitures or furnishings but awfully dirty place like this I can’t stand

I booked a room at this property last minute and asked for check-in between 3 and 4pm. I was told this was possible, but then the check-in details didn't arrive and I was told by text that they would arrive shortly. I had to make other arrangements for the night and stay somewhere else in the end - the message with the details of how to get in arrived around 11pm that night, far too late for me to get in! I contacted booking.com and the property to get a refund but neither budged. Don't stay here, it's appalling customer service.
