Red level facilities were very good. The breakfast offering was among the very best we have had. Staff unfailingly friendly and efficient across the complex. Excellent and varied evening entertainment.

No real beach but didn’t bother us as pool areas always available. Location a little far from some of the restaurants we would have liked to visit. Nomus bar a bit tired and lifeless but plenty of other options

We spent a week in the adults only section (Red Level) and it was wonderful and very relaxing. Staff was very helpful and tried to meet all needs. The endless pool is amazing and there are good sports classes and a good fitness center. The beach area was also very nice and I like the little café there for lunch. Our room was very spacious and quiet. The restaurants are good but you have to book in advance. The terrace for the sundowner is nice and there was good music.

The village where the hotel is located is very small and it is best to have a car in case you would like to explore more from the island. You need to plan ahead and make reservations for most restaurants - also the ones that are in the village.

Just total luxury. Warm pools. Adults only sections. Good pool chairs friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous location

Beware of 5th floor sea facing room. Yes it faces the sea but sitting on balcony you can’t see it as there is a high brick wall on balcony!! Apparently for safety reasons.

Rate Red Level at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora - Adults Only This is NOT an Adults Only hotel. This easter week it was like a creche. A staff member informed me they had 600 kids in the hotel this week. Everywhere we went there were kids. There was one Adult Only restaurant and one adult only pool. The 9 restaurants and bars there was 1 Adult Only. This completely ruined our holiday and we ended up spending most evening in Adeje which was a 20 minute taxi ride away and spending our own money even though we had paid for All Inclusive. They even allowed kids in the Gym. Raging
