Characterful Cottage near the Sea, Beach, Pier & Shops

Great location. Everything you could need. Very comfortable beds and sofa.

Stairs not good for anyone with walking difficulties or small children. Parking wasn't that easy.

Loved the detached authentic fisherman's cottage, especially the decked balcony upstairs, we're you could grab some air. Very quiet too

Provided that you are able to manage the steep narrow spiral staircase, the house provides comfortable, relatively spacious accommodation. This is our second visit , which speaks for itself. The host is friendly, helpful, and answers queries very promptly. The property is well positioned for shopping and eating without using the car.

A tiny bit more care in weekly cleaning and in occasional checking of the equipment provided in the kitchen and bathroom would elevate this property into being excellent.

Great central location, comfy beds, good shower

The property was advertised as no smoking, however we arrived very late on a very code December night , all windows were open, I'm guessing to try to clear the extremely overpowering smell of cigarettes. The property was freezing cold and we could not get the boiler to turn on (turns out this has been tuned off) we spent an extremley cold night. Henry did respond and call round the next day, which we appreciated and the heating issue was sorted, however I'm sorry to say the smell of smoking in the property put us all off from staying inside for anytime longer than necessary.
