"pleasant stay"

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Edinburgh. The location was excellent—close to the city centre, yet still quiet and convenient. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our needs. A lovely welcoming touch was the cookies waiting for us upon arrival, which made us feel immediately at home.

On the downside, there was a slight musty smell, which is sometimes noticeable in older buildings. However, it did not significantly affect our stay.

Locatie is top. Dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden in Edinburgh. Doordat Grassmarket een redelijk druk uitgaansgebied is, is het bijbehorende geluid (ook 's nachts) een vanzelfsprekendheid.

Niet alle bedden waren comfortabel. De 3 slaapkamers zijn niet erg ruim bemeten en er is maar 1 badkamer, waar ook het enige toilet zich bevindt. Voor 6 personen is het appartement aan de kleine kant.
