Great location and very comfortable. Worked perfectly for our needs.

Location was great!

Everything was great

Property was very well positioned with lovely views of the Main Street, the owner had left a variety of supplies, snacks, drinks etc. which was very welcome The owners where very accommodating and communication excellent

The apartment was a little tired and in need of updating, the apartment block was residential and all residents we encountered at all times of the day had quite obviously been drinking or/and smoking something other than cigarettes, which left us feeling a little uneasy at times, especially my 83 year old mum. Just the one bathroom was at times chaotic for 5 adults

Spacious and very central. Enough room for our family of 5 (teen kids).

As it’s right in the town centre, it can get a little loud from the crowds outside (tourists mostly). At night it gets quieter and sleeping wasn’t a problem for us.

We loved this location as it was right in the Grassmarket Village! It was very spacious and we LOVED having fans in each room. We were also greeted with a welcome basket and champagne!

No critiques - our stay was wonderful.
