Newly refurbished 1 bed flat 7 mins from Luton airport

Nothing. We were moved from the property we booked to an alternative accommodation, last minute.

The property we were moved to was a converted garage. Very small and claustrophobic. Broken door handle No parking space Nothing at all like the property we had booked. Communication was very poor

IT is close to Luton airport. Basically 6-7 min., by car. The boy who met us was really kind. He came by , showed us where the key was and even arranged for an airport shuttle in the early morning!

The place is not so clean , especially the ground floor and the stairs.

I couldn't enter the property, as the check in was delayed, but the area was unsafe for my family to wait, and the front door's amount of dirt and trash lead to the property was a squat or a crackhouse. I can't judge what it was like inside, my family comes first.

As I mentioned, I prefered to take the loss and run away to an actual hotel. The building is basically derelict and the area is rough, the owner blames the neighbour, but he should take it up to the neighbor if that's the case. The trashed kebab joint below doesn't help with the global picture either. Abandoned appliances and furniture on the street. It really is in a situation that would be straight up illegal to rent under in my home country, and I don't understand how something like this can operate on this platform.

Noisy, someone kept walking on upper floor till 1am and woke up 5 am to disturb sleeping noisyroad. Nothing special.

This hotel took my payment up front, contacted me a few minutes later to advise the room was double booked so would need to be cancelled. I was then told to chase the refund myself, when I refused to do so as the mistake was no fault of my own I was told to “stop crying”. Never ever book a room with these absolute cowboys, if there are any issues you’ll need to dedicate hours of your time to chase a refund. I am writing this review 3 nights after my stay and still have not received my refund.

It was very poor no light in hall or bathroom or toilet. Tv didn't work .the bed hadn't been changed there was items in the fridge as if someone lived there and I really want a refund ...not a booking . Com property

Clean, the only dislike was neighbours in building kept leaving main door open but rude when asked if could keep closed.

The Plankton movie on Netflix that I logged into on my own account so nothing

Firstly, we arrived at the apartment greeted by hundreds of bin bags in the most run down location I have ever found myself. Upon entering the property, we were greeted by hundreds of unopened letters and even more rubbish. When we finally entered our apartment, we found that the main light didn’t work and there was no hot water for a shower. After a night of misery we finally stacked up the courage to take a cold shower only to find that there was no shampoo or conditioner. Genuinely the worst stay of my entire life.
