Newly refurbished 1 bed flat 7 mins from Luton airport

since I've been traveling the worst experience I don't recommend it's dirty all over the place the walls the beds the sofa practically make you want to vomit I can't even say just rent you're giving your money away for nothing

not enough sockets and wifi was slow

Stayed for the whole of 20minutes

Flat smelt really bad. Stains on the sofa and bed spread Very untidy and rundown communal entrance Most light switches in communal areas don't work Found 1 light switch not working in the flat Area is really rough Outside the building is very messy and cluttered with rubbish. Felt unsafe for the whole time i was there to the point I forked out money for a hotel room. Owner is not contactable. My flight was cancelled in January I tried contacting the owner for a refund and I heard nothing. Even booking.com cudnt get in touch with them. I also felt having a door bell camera on the flat door was very unprofessional as that breaches people's privacy

Was a great stay would defo stay there again ideal for me and my mate for work heating nice and warm help and polite host 👍

The lock on the door was difficult to use. I tried and my husband tried numerous times. We rang the number, and the guy said you need to put 90% of the way in a try to turn it. It work after a few more attempts, the outside door certainly needs so paint and a new lock if not a new door. The hall way to the flat was dirty with lots of junk mail in the passage tried the light could not get the light in the hall to work. The smell of cannabis was extremely strong we cannot comment on the rest of the flat stayed about 2 minutes as could not stay there with a 4 year old child. Still fighting 4 days later for a refund from the owner.

Near Luton airport, good communication with the host

Not the best neighborhood, flat was run down - cupboard doors felt like they were going to fall off, entry hall was dark and dingy, tap drips - waste water and disrupts sleep, tv and WiFi signal was weak so you could not watch anything, no tea towel in kitchen, sponge and cloth was not clean, sheet/pillow case/quilt cover for sofa bed did not feel like they had been washed since last used.

Good flat with all necesary. We stayed a week and it was comfortable.
