The fact that the hotel was literally EMPTY and yet they refused to give me a DECENT VIEW OF THE SEA THAT I HAD PAID FOR! UNBELIEVABLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AS I WAS TREATED WITH OUTMOST DISRESPECT! I am glad I CANCELLED THE REST OF MY STAY! Never witnessed such meanness & rudeness in my entire traveling life experience! I took picture to share!

Our room was very clean and such a comfortable bed....and we loved the sea view...the bathroom was lovely too.

The night we arrived we had a meal at the restaurant at the Sandringham....we both had beer battered fish ,chip,peas.....the fish was delivered to our table in under 5 minutes, which tells us it was cooked earlier and warmed up some how. The batter was soggy, and the fish was wet and slimy....very unpleasant...we didn't eat there again during our stay.

We were not allowed to have breakfast because our booking was through Booking.com. I have just seen an hotel supplying brown towels to clients. The cleaners are fantastic but the lady that checked us in was not helpful at all.

The environment was neat but front desk staff needed to be more helpful and professional

I couldn’t recommend sandringham more ! To begin the staff made this trip exceptional! So kind and helpful. The reception staff were so kind, answering all of our questions, we were met with smiles every day. We had people come in and tidy the room while we were away and we appreciated it so much, they are amazing! We’d meet Mike the security guard every evening coming home and we’d chat to him and he was so kind to us. I loved the routine of coming in, and Mike would open the door for us and speak to us how we got on with our day. Thank you to all the staff, yous are lovely! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the location was so handy to get from place to place. The deal for the car ferry was amazing and the room was lovely too, perfect for everything we needed ! Loved our stay here, and can’t wait to come back next year :)

the swimming area should be open 24 hrs. i missed because it open only 8am to 8 pm and I booked this hotel because of swimming pool is there. 2NDLY when we booked this hotel room for sea view , but staff given us only 1 room in the sea front as we booked 3 rooms
