Location- right on sea front . Terrace and bar /lounge area were good. Comfortable seating. Good size parking site nearby. Friendly staff.

I think breakfast should be included at the price .The staff on duty at breakfast seemed over whelmed. I would prefer Self service. A fan would have been useful.

Location is perfect. Balcony and sea view is fantastic.

No fridge in the room! No AC! The roof floor is a bit hot when the weather gets hot!

Bathroom was sparkling clean.

Everything was old in hotel and carpets had smell. Small beds. Small rooms for the price.

We booked bed and breakfast. Was told on arrival that no breakfast had been booked. We were not given the room we’d booked. Manager very rude. Other people in the hotel had also booked bed and breakfast through booking.com and were also told that they couldn’t have breakfast. Bar not open until 4.30pm. Housekeeping only included making beds. Hotel menu nothing more than expensive pub grub. Breakfast only available for 1.5 hours. Wine menu dreadful. The whole place felt like it was about to close instead of peak season. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Have to say that Lisa and Tory amazing, maybe you could train the manager. Not sure how she ever got a job in hospitality!! I run a gastro pub and have worked in the hospitality sector for 42 years. Never come across such an unpleasant person.

Location was excellent, lovely bar and beautiful restaurant, shame it was always so quite. Loved the cute swimming pool, but was a little disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working. Room was great, good size, clean and with amazing views of the beautiful beach perfect. Nicely decorated and clean, bathroom looked like it was recently updated. I love listened to the sound of the ocean. Vicky on Reception, beautiful, king and extremely helpful, told us about best places to go and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Lift was not working when we arrived, which was a nightmare with all out luggage (we took enough stuff for a month lol!) However hotel were extremely helpful and one of the staff helped bring up our stuff. Lift was fixed by the next day, but slow as hell and didn’t go all the way to the ground floor, which was a bit odd. No bottled water in the room, no fridge, room was hot even with the door slightly open, no evening entertainment, such a shame as it’s a lovely quaint hotel with character and charm. Also exterior could do with a lick of paint.
