Room was clean and tidy and it was close to the arena

The building is very intimidating and messy and unfinished. Lots of people walking around lost. No signage and very complicated with codes and key boxes. No elevators and up many flights of stairs. No staff or anyone around. Outside rubbish all over the floor with rats running from the piles of rubbish. The bathroom absolutely stinks of sewerage. No coffee the milk was out of date. They were all from different local takeaway I.e taco bell, kfc. Very unprofessional

Perfect location

Hallways need cleaning up (paint everywhere)

Room was great, clean, modern and perfect for me staying for one night.

The hall ways and entrance could be better

Clean, tidy, spacious and had all necessary utilities.

Bit of a challenge to work out how to actually get in the first time.

Location for the arena area

Too many stairs up to property and no lift at that end of the building. The location/entry video that was sent to us showing the location of the key lock boxes needs updating, as the current location of the box is in a different location on the wall board as to the one on the video . Had to call the owner to clarify which box was the right one . It is now on the bottom row, first on the left .

nice location and close to major local venues. we were going to the arena for a rock concert and was only a 10min max walk. the kitchen is well supplied with a full range of basic equipment to prepare most meals. free WiFi access included for passing time surfing the web. the instructions on accessing the apartment where perfect and we didn't struggle too much to navigate up to the apartment.

for our personal preference the bed felt to low down and was short that my feet hung over the edge, but this didnt ruin our nights sleep too much.
