GBFabulous location within easy walking distance of the centre. Lovely building that seems to have been separated into individual units. Large apartment.
The biggest downside was unavoidable noise from the above apartment. I would assume all the units have wooden floors and it was just the guys heading out for an early start. Never before have I had to go through an identity verification for a property before?

Enregistrement fastidieux avec obligation de donner une copie de ses papiers d’identité non sécurisé pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clé. Lit canapé défoncé et pas du tout confortable. Pas de draps pour la troisième personne (pourtant payée). À 20 h nous avons eu une réponse : aller nous même dans un autre appartement pour prendre couette et draps et faire le lit. Il n’y a pas de salle de bain. Je suis étonnée que les autres commentaires ne le mentionnent pas. Il y a un wc avec lave mains et on peut utiliser la douche (bouchée) du sauna mais pas de porte serviette. C’est un peu propre… pas propre. La personne au téléphone est sympathique mais aucune réactivité, pas d’efficacité. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce niveau de prestation.
GBGBLovely spacious apartment, close to the centre of Durham but also felt rural. Loved watching the rabbits on the lawn. My husband enjoyed the sauna.
We hadn't realised that there wasn't a separate bedroom, so that was a bit awkward as had brought my mum along for the trip. It was fine in the end but definitely worth noting.

GBThe location was definitely the best thing. It was a short and very pleasant walk through (mainly) woodland paths to arrive at the most beautiful part of the city. It could not have been a better location for me. The host was always available polite and extremely helpful.

Needed curtains as blinds let early morning light in Door key definitely difficult to turn open and close. TV not worked at all Difficult to sort.

The bed settee was extremely uncomfortable and was in the same room as the double bed so there was no privacy..
