Dome One with Hot Tub, Lincoln, Projector, Firepit

Less rats and a workomg hot tub as we couldn't use it much, great location and hostel was happy to help while he was there, we did over all have a good time, just needs upgrading and floors, public bathroom wasnt the best.

It was clean and lovely area

Loved the location, able to enjoy family time, hot tub was great and things to do for the kids

The view from dome 1 over the field was lovely. It was nice to have a large screen to watch a film. It had a heater

The dome had extension leads plugged into extension leads, the electrics were unsafe. The kettle had no thermostat so just kept boiling. The door didn’t fit the frame so the draft was very cold. Drafts coming from all angels. The floor was broken and uneven. Rubbish and chocolate bar wrappers under the bed from the previous occupants. The lights didn’t work around the done and an uneven surface. Ash all over the furniture and the hot tub water was dirty but it did work and was warm. Leaking shower which was reported but not fixed, no hot water for 3 days. No facilities/games advertised were available. Broken toys, hot tubs, zip line, lights, shower. No mop and bucket in the bathroom to clean the floor or mop up leaking water. The microwave was disgusting. I had taken extra blankets and hot water bottles which were definitely needed as it was too dangerous to leave the heater on. The springs on the bed were poking through

We liked the dulling noise of the main road with constant traffic, it really helped us to nod off in the freezing dome.

Dirty toilet/shower area-heavily leaking shower, toilet that moved from side to side. Wet dirty mat. Requires a separate toilet to shower area. Male/Female. Grounds worn out, lack of maintenance, with rubbish and rubble. Hot tub - dirty inside and out. No heater, temperature dropped overnight and we slept in clothing, did contact the Oracle, but had no reply? Recreational games were broken and lack of equipment. Lots of wires and overloaded extension leads within the dome. ,

Me and my husband booked here for our 1st wedding anniversary. On the photos it looked great everything we wanted . On arrival we entered the dome we stayed in dome 1, it was very cold , there was a huge gap on the main door of the dome so all the cold from outside was getting in. There was lots of missing gaps on the floorboard of the floor, also feet sank in parts when you walked. There was one mug except we booked for 2 people so we had to share a cuppa tea . To fill the kettle up we had to walk to the toilet / shower room . The shower room was terrible we couldn’t shower there. The shower was leaking constantly causing flooding on the floor . We were booked to stay 2 nights we couldn’t stay two nights we left the next morning after arriving and had to pay to stay elsewhere . We also couldn’t enjoy the hot tub as it was full of sand when we opened it . The whole dome and site needs a complete makeover . The games advertised most of it is broken and scattered all over . When we arrived we were given a welcome gift Prosecco which was nice and the owner worked with us and agreed to get booking . Com to give us a refund for one of the nights for leaving early … This site is ok if you like and don’t mind basic camping . But anything better I thought it would be like glamping it’s not for you .

I wish I had read all of the reviews before booking including those on Trip Advisor. The site felt hazardous and unclean, there was litter surrounding our dome on arrival, eventually we lost enthusiasm to try and make the best of it and cut the trip short. We followed up with a request for a refund and a list of reasons why this place did not match what is advertised but this has been met with excuses and rebukes. Obviously wont be staying again.
