It is a lovely house, bright and airy with lots of lovely features. The downstairs layout works well . The kitchen is modern with all that you would expect to find.

In my opinion, rhe whe house needs a bit of TLC. The kitchen was not clean and the shower curtain in the bathroom was not clean either. The toilet seat was broken. The rear garden is, in my opinion, dangerous. The wall was topped with unsecured bricks and stone. The fake grass was rucked up and a trip hazard. The gardens, front and back, are very neglected and in need of attention. I was weary about letting the dog and and certainly would not have allowed my grand children outside even if supervised. I have never before had to request a heating boost from management! I found having to message to ask for heating demeaning and a little embarrassing. I cannot imagine, in the case of illness, for example, anyone responding in the early hours. The battery in the smoke alarm in the hallway was beeping, suggesting it was in need of a replacement I suspect.
