Everything was more than ok. Will use it again

Location, everything was good.

Hot tub was missing. Just joking.

Location was good for the family we were visiting in Amble Northumberland. Issues we had were resolved and dealt with courteously by the property owner. The owner has assured us that the property has since been thoroughly cleaned, along with the carpets so hopefully the smokey smell has been eliminated.

The property had an overbearing smell of stale cigarette smoke when we arrived even though it was advertised as no smoking. We were unable to keep the windows open at night as the house is situated along a fairly busy road. We had to find alternative accommodation which was not ideal but the owner offered us a partial refund for the upheaval.

It was a lovely house with everything you need it's just a pity there is not a double bed in the larger bedroom.

The grass was really long not good for our dogs to go out in,there were rubbish bags outside the bin and it was full as well.

Clean , beds comfortable, and a good location for our needs

Did not have access to a hoover as would if been able to clean floor for ourselves , didn't really use back garden as bins hadn't been collected and it was overflowing so a lot of flies !

Good size rooms, comfy beds. Nice lounge and bathroom.

Not a great location, only used the house to sleep and eat. Fire extinguisher needed replacing, had to screw a door handle back on, extractor fan would be handy for the bathroom. Wheelie bin overflowing in the garden.
