For what it is, it is exceptionally well kept and clean. I found the theme of the accomodation (hello kitty) to be quite funny and adds character on the whole.

Property manager triple booked my accommodation, did not resolve the situation on her end, requested I move rooms to accommodate her mistake, provided an unsecured alternative room, which she asked other people staying on the property to explain to me instead of doing so herself. She then left the property and was not contactable for the rest of the day during this failure to arrange appropriate alternative accommodation after her last minute request. I had to find emergency accommodation at my own expense during the hours of 7-10pm that night.

Host was really nice, booking.com allowed me to double book but she accommodated me in a spare room. Bed was comfy

Everything was extremely clean, which is not always the case when sharing bathroom/kitchen, so that was really appreciated. Cute cabin, with a TV+HMDI plug, a closet and a good bed. The kitchen is well equipped, you can really cook your own meals, and there's space in the fridge! If you drive, there's space to park, and if you're on foot, the 18/195 bus will bring you to the CBD in 30 minutes. Super convenient! The host is very warm and talkative, which is nice when you've just landed in a new country :-)

The only downside is that it's right by the road and it gets pretty noisy. Bring your earplugs!

There are 8 double rooms to one bathroom, there is no air-condition in any of the rooms, The comfort cabin is a portacom room and has no above mentioned air conditioning with a trip hazard stepping stone path to the main building (where the bathroom is) the tv inside the rooms has no aerial nor is it wifi compatible it is in fact to be used as a monitor for your laptop you are also expected to clean the room when you leave

The host was lovely, the beds comfy and the location is handy for catching the bus that goes over the bridge into the Venice City. Good value for money

The bathroom is shared, and when there's other guests it can mean long waits especially because the shower and toilet are in the same room.
