C3 Save money budget affordable cabin with comfort! Cabin 3

Such great value, was exactly what I needed, the cabins give you privacy. The location was really practical. I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for a budget friendly stay.

It's value for money so there isn't much I could knock. the bathroom and kitchen are separate in the main house so just be prepared for that.

I couldn't imagine getting better value from a place anywhere near Auckland! The room was spacious and private, particularly when compared to a backpackers. The shared kitchen and bathroom were always clean, and the off street parking was a huge bonus. Plus, everyone was incredibly friendly - it felt like a little community. The bed sheets were also comfortable, and there's a good desk if you need to work from the location. The dehumidifier / heater combo does a great job of keeping the cabin warm and dry.

The cabin curtains were thin, maintaining privacy but letting in light at night. There is road noise due to the convenient location (worth it!), so if you're a light sleeper earplugs would do you well.

Parking convenient, clean bathroom and kitchen, owner was friendly on the phone.

The cabin smelled as it’s not been aired. The owner specifically asks to keep everything shut to avoid rain getting in. Everywhere I looked there were notes on what not to do. The cabin was absolutely freezing and the dehumidifier on constantly. Very loud and cold. It was noisy from the road, the curtains didn’t block out the streetlights. No instructions how to use the tv which wasn’t programmed. My door was only locked with a tiny lock, not really safe.

Everything is amazingly clean and the host is absolutely awesome

I liked my room. There was everything I needed.

Nope , everything was fine. Sometimes it was very busy in the kitchen or bath. But most time it was good.
