4 bed rooms 5 double beds holidays house near train station

Everything we needed and host was always enquiring if everything was ok . City centre , train station , football griund all in walking distance ,.

Parking and location was ok for me but house on a steep road that could be difficult for some .

Price , location and host were all good.

The neighbour was a pain everytime we stepped out in the garden for a smoke she yelled at us. Complaining about playing music at 3pm? It wasn't even loud was on a laptop. The parking is mad too.

Great value for money, the property was perfect for our stay.

We booked due to more rooms and two bathrooms however shower room was tiny! And second shower room was in an colder area

The facilities and communication were disappointing, but the biggest issue was how cold the house was. We had to turn the heating on every time we arrived and again each morning. The worst areas were the kitchen and one bathroom, which are in an extension with no heating at all. One member of our group became unwell due to the cold. The shower rooms are very small, and the house is in need of renovation, with tired décor and paintwork. We also had to contact the property manager repeatedly, to the point where the experience became unpleasant. The owners need to improve how the property is managed and provide appropriate facilities if they intend to run it as a business. Location is not good for city centre

We came to Plymouth as we were watching mary Poppins. For 3 children and 5 adults, it was truly a beautiful place to stay. Hosts reply to messages straight away, house is wonderful and so spacious.

Value for money, comfortable to stay with the family as it is speacious

Very good location for the university and train station. Only a short walk to the football ground too.
