Habitaciones y ropa de cama poco limpias. Se confirmó con ellos previamente que podían hacer adaptaciones en el desayuno para persona Celiaca y no se adaptó ningún desayuno, suprimiendo del mismo los alimentos con gluten como solución cuando en los supermercados de la ciudad se encuentra variedad de opciones sin gluten. Al limpiar la habitación recogieron y pusieron fuera a tender los bañadores sin avisarnos, lo que hizo que nos los olvidáramos. En general un precio excesivo para las instalaciones y servicio. Además, no aparece registrado como alojamiento oficial de Galápagos. El pago con tarjeta conlleva un cargo extra muy elevado del que no informan con antelación.

The property was close to everything you need and the rooms were very comfortable and clean and tidy and very easy to get to.

The place offers tours booked through the hotel id strongly recommend you book else where as we found the tour we booked was massively overpriced and after talking to other people staying in the same hotel they all had different prices offered to them, including boat transfers to other islands all prices varied.

Property was very clean, in great location (just 2-3m walk from main part of the city and all great restaurants) and amazing staff. Breakfast was plain and simple but great, always some fresh fruit, yogurt and some eggs with sandwich freshly prepared by the lady. Carmen who runs the hotel also helped us organize all other trips, there were some small ‘hiccups’ but she managed to resolve everything.

Make sure you speak spanish or are there with some spanish speaker. Otherwise communication might be an issue :)

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. En pleno centro y cerca de todo. El desayuno delicioso. Pero lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal. Sus recomendaciones fueron precisas. Reservariamos nuevamente en este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien. Lo único es que hay que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones y esto puede ser medio incómodo para personas con movilidad limitada, pero para el resto, normal.
