L emplacement, à quelques pas de la grande avenue principale du port. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. Super séjour à santa cruz. A seulement 15 -20 min a pied maximum des points de rendez-vous pour les excursions.

Hospedagem simples mas atendeu as necessidades. Boa localização. A hospedagem também nos ajudou a organizar os passeios de barco a North Seymour e Bartolome Island, e as lanchas de deslocamento entre as ilhas de Santa Cruz (onde nos hospedamos) e San Cristobal (onde chegamos de avião).

Chuveiro um pouco instável. E infelizmente quase todas as noites haviam hóspedes conversando alto e ouvindo música alta nas áreas da hospedagem, as paredes nao tem isolamento acústico bom, então incomodou um pouco, até o hóspede vizinho se podia ouvir no telefone ou com a TV ligada.

The hotel is located in a quiet street but one minute from the main road and from the restaurants and shops. The team who works there is great. Gloria and her husband David are very friendly, nice people that care about their guests as if they were family. The hotel has a tour company named deep galapagos do they can also organize tours and have equipment if needed to rent. Both other 2 ladies who work there are very nice too. They helped us with organizing a taxi to the ranch in the highlands and to the ferry to the airport. They catered all our needs. I have food restrictions and it was ovious to me how much it mattered to them that I get a breakfast that met my needs.
