Todo en general, siempre voy de dos a 3 veces en el año a ese mismo lugar, pues es frente al mar , muy bien ubicado , me permiten mi perrita y me siento muy cómoda con todo en general además de tener un precio razonable

El poco tiempo que abre el rancho cafetería de la piscina pero se que eso depende de la temporada

Todo es muy antiguo, el primer departamento donde llegamos. Tenía una fuga del departamento anterior y caía agua del inodoro. Desde el segundo piso era insalubre todo viejo, luego nos cambiaron y el segundo departamento tenía un olor asqueroso, la verdad la pasamos bastante mal y quedamos muy decepcionados, además queda muy retirado de toda el área Turística y el tema del ballet parking. Es realmente un problema no podemos disponer libremente de nuestro auto y guardarlo o sacarlo tarda mucho tiempo, a pesar de eso, cuando tuvimos el problema de la fuga de agua, nos respondieron con rapidez, pero nadie hablaba español, cuando llamábamos por teléfono

I never liked this hotel, it is not clean, the cover is dirty, the doors are hanging from dampness, there is no hot water to shower, we had to shower with cold water, you cannot enter the gym until you give them your ID and you have to stay at the reception until you finish, and the security guard at the pool does not deal well, and the biggest disaster is the parking, you cannot park your car by yourself, you have to give the car and keys to the employee, and every time you want to go out, you have to give him a paper so he can bring you a car, and this will cost you time. I do not understand why

They had no heat, I was freezing for 2 days before someone got back to me and brought us an electric heater. Maintenance said the whole buildings AC/Heat unit was not working so everytime we stepped into the hallway it was 50 degrees. The 3rd night the alarm went out throughout the building at 11pm and woke me up after I finally got to sleep because I bought earplugs the day before. The elevator shaft was LOUD (I recorded it if you would like to hear it) and just on the other side of the room and ran all night long so sleep was very interrupted, and the friend I traveled with got absolutely no sleep. Wanted to use the hot plate but it was on top of the refrigerator covered in dust and had a few mouse (?) droppings on it. There were no washcloths, or trash bags, supposed to have a welcome kit but did not contain what was listed. Only 4 packs of decaf coffee. We tried to get the front desk/security to help us but they said we had to contact the property. I would like a refund for this booking. And I definitely would not recommend this property.
