One&Lux Aire - Spacious and Bright Apartment in the Heart of Seville

Centrally located. Spacious apt for our family of 9. Everyone had their own bathroom. Ground floor apt which was very convenient for the older adults traveling with us. The staff was very accommodating. AIRE Ancient Baths is conveniently on the same street and helped some of us recharge for the rest of the trip. I would stay here again.

One bedroom didn’t have AC and the room with the bunk beds was uncomfortable for the adults sleeping below. Air conditioning sometimes didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, so people slept in the living room.

Lovely and spacious property located in a beautiful and exceptionally charming neighborhood. Within walking distance to many sites, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and easily accommodated our extended family. Would definitely recommend!

Location, friendliness of host and how spacious the apartment was.

Mattresses were very hard on the back and the roads getting to the apartment was terrible for a large vehicle. It would have been nice to have been warned about it before we booked (not that we would have not booked here anyways, but we would have planned well in advance a better arrangement to get into the apartment).

It was very spacious and clean. We were 2 families with a total of 10 people and everyone had their own space. Good value for money. And it was very close to everything.

Nothing.

The apartment is large - 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, which was ideal for our family of 10. The location is perfect - all the attractions are within walking distance. The hosts were very obliging and when there was a problem, they solved it within an hour!.

I have two suggestions: When we arrived, the apartment was 12 degrees - in other words VERY cold. It would have been nice if the hosts had turned the heat up the day prior to our arrival so we didn't have to spend a day freezing in the apt. Second, we would have liked some bottled water. It's a nominal cost to the host and would have been a nice gesture.

We had a great time. The apartment was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 very comfortably. There was even room for more. It’s located in a great place, walking distance to many shops restaurants and attractions. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

It was a little hard to find but I think that’s just down to the layout of Sevilla. Also if you are driving here the streets to get to this apartment are very narrow.

The location of the apartment was excellent, especially for us with no car. in 2 min walk you arrive at the centre near shops and restaurants but at the same time the area is quiet. You can walk to the setas on one side and to the cathedral on the other, all in a few minutes. The living area is large and spacious and there are only a few steps to get inside the place. We even checked-in slightly earlier (at a charge) but it meant a lot to us.

The only negative part is that since the apartment is at ground floor, it does not enjoy a lot of sunlight and one of the bedrooms air conditioner (although was new) was not working and could not be fixed during our stay so my parents had to sleep in the living room. But one understands that this was during a heatwave and technicians cannot come immediately. We did not really mind!
