The accommodation was in a great location. Was good to all share the accommodation and be together. It's a great space with a good number of rooms and bathrooms

One bedroom had no air conditioning installed. There was a drain smell from 1 bedroom shower drain.

I knew the streets of Sevilla wouldn't be easy to navigate, but felt comfortable with the instructions that were provided beforehand. I even scoped out the streets online to familiarize myself with the location beforehand. But one wrong turn was all it took to derail what I thought would be simple. With the host Mariano on the phone, I pulled over as soon as I found a safe space and he quickly walked over from the property to safely drive our car to the property LIKE A ROCKSTAR! There was no turn too sharp, no street too narrow, and certainly no "wrong-way on a one-way" that he couldn't navigate! I think our family would still be pulled over in that square if he hadn't shown up. It was absolutely top-notch customer service on top of the great customer service we had already received before our stay. They answered all my messages promptly every time I had a question. The parking space under the property was small, as expected, but we felt very lucky to even have a parking space as this location was in the heart of Sevilla and close to absolutely everything! And honestly, the parking garage/space was perfectly sized for our small SUV (family of 5). Mariano assured me that getting out was much easier than getting in and he was right! The entire property was clean, comfortable and spacious! Our group of 11 loved it! Having 4 bathrooms was amazing! The room with the bunk beds was the tight, but the 4 teen boys didn't seem to mind and they had their own en-suite bathroom on that side of the house. The other rooms had a lot of space, including hanging/closet and drawer space, and the bathrooms were adequately sized. Plenty of couches and seating for our group. We didn't use the kitchen, other than the fridge. However, it did seem to have everything one would need. This place would be perfect for a long-term stay. We'd happily stay there again and absolutely recommend it!

Everything was perfect, location was good, flat is quite big, as we were a group of 10 and we were really comfortable, was well cleaned. The flat had a private parking spot, it is a bit tight to get from the narrow streets of sevilla, so I would advice for small car if you are renting one
