Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we noticed visible damp on the kitchen ceiling. The washing machine was not clean. We also found cobwebs and spiders in several areas of the property, which raised concerns about the overall standard of cleaning and upkeep We contacted Booking.com to seek assistance and explored moving to another property. However, comparable alternatives were only available at substantially higher prices. Booking.com was unable to help us secure a suitable replacement accommodation at a similar price point and did not offer meaningful compensation for the situation. Our experience did not meet expectations.

Self check in was easy and communication was great

Felt under equipped for our stay - no bin bags, minimal cleaning supplies (dustpan and brush?) one toilet roll for 6 people for 3 days, dirty glasses, central heating didn’t work, hot water didn’t work for 2 days, very uncomfortable beds - one thin pillow each

Very spacious with all the essential you need beds were very comfortable and the host was absolutely lovely over text ensuring that if we needed anything they would be happy to help highly recommend to anyone who needs a little night away

My only complaint is we did run out of toilet paper but that is nothing that would put us off going back

It has everything you need. Very comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to Celtic park
