Soak up canal views, Walk to V&A Waterfront and CTICC

Loved that our host Julia was so helpful..

Not applicable as breakfast is not served. There is a kitchen with all cooking equipment and utensils. There are restaurants near the facility that serve good breakfast.

On Monday 3rd April, at the reception, there was a female security guard who should not be allowed to talk to customs whatsoever. She was clueless and lied with the words "that does happen here" with regards to keeping luggage in the facility for a short while on departure day. She was very rude but it took a quick call to Julia for everything to be resolved immediately. The facility is nice (comfortable furniture, big bathroom and powerful shower) but a rude and ignorant security worker without any understanding on how to interact with customers should not be at the front desk. The other staff who work for Julia were very friendly and helpful.

20 minute walk to the waterfront, decent view of the canals.

Noisey! - lots of door slamming and beeping sounds coming from the reception area all night, making it very hard to sleep. The pathway leading to the waterfront closes at 8pm- so you have to take ‘the long way’ back to the hotel (a lengthy walk through a dodgey part of town) - would have been good if this was communicated. Sleeper couch is broken Check-in process is a nightmare. Bed is uncomfortable. Parking bay is way too small.

The parking bay was a little small for anything except a small compact car, as has been noted in previous reviews. However there is alternative safe parking available The location is amazing
