Soak up canal views, Walk to V&A Waterfront and CTICC

I did like everything thing about my Vacation and my egent Julia my host was sweet updating me with everything I do have

The whole apartment was fabulous. liked it alot wil definitely go there again .

The venue was beautiful 😍 we so enjoyed it,we loved everything about it

The TV 😄 for the place we were kind of expecting the smart TV

Peaceful and quiet, no disturbance, close to City, Waterfront, Sea Point! Waterfront and City Centre walking distance. Convenient!

Neat and tidy and close to Artscape Theatre so ideally centrally situated. Initially we were of the opinion that there was underfloor heating which was a bonus, but this did not last for the full time that we were there. The shower had lovely pressure which made for a pleasant shower experience.

As a first time user of a lockbox, the instructions sent to me beforehand did not explain how to open the lockbox. I was unaware of the buttons on each side of the lockbox and also unaware that both of these buttons need to be pressed simultaneously to release the lid. It is not possible to see the lower side of the the lockbox so one is unaware of a button there. After countless failed attempts to open it and with reception folk telling me that they were not permitted to assist me, I was only able to unlock it when a passing individual realised my predicament and showed me what to do. further problems did exist inside the unit. There were no printed instructions for the operation of the TV, the air condtioner and the washing machine. The host needs to realise that some tenants might not be familiar with some of these appliances and so a FULL step by step printed list of instructions needs to be available in the unit. I made a number of calls to the host to seek assistance as to how the TV should be activated and left a message but the host never responded to any of these. Fortunately another tenant who became aware of my predicament offered to assist me. The bed did not have a top sheet and that in our opinion is a MUST have as it is unlikely that the duvet cover will be washed after each tenant has been there. There was an unfortunate drain smell which emanated form the shower. The hand towel ring in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it continuously detaches from the wall. There were only five clothes hangars in the unit which is totally inadequate for a couple for a few days stay. Unfortunately the unit is positioned immediately above the reception area which has an open double volume roof area, so the talk and laughter from the reception staff resonates through the unit at all times of the day and night rendering a peaceful sleep an impossibility.

I like the view close to waterfront and the place is nice all thankd to Julia She helped us with things we need
