Porthkidney Suite, Carbis Bay, St Ives, free parking, near beach

Robin & Vicki were the perfect hosts and communication was easy. Perfect clean & cosy space for overnight stop. Great locality for local shops, restaurants and beaches. Use of garden and parking.

Mini fridge, kettle with teas coffee and glasses provided - very helpful. Invitation to use BBQ, but limited with options for eating / snacking as no plates or cutlery available. Consider basic kit - could be washed up in bathroom or disposable plates etc.

Very clean as soon as i entered to the room it smells fresh and luxurious

There isn’t anything which i can say i didn’t like it everything was on the spot mini fridge was bonus

The room came with additional facilities that weren’t listed online so we were very satisfied with being supplied a kettle, hairdryer and a minifridge. The host was also lovely in letting us have a more flexible check out time which was very generous and helpful!

The only thing that would’ve made the stay better would be a fan and long mirror in the room due to the room felt quite warm at night and it was slightly difficult getting ready for a wedding without a long mirror where we could see our outfits better.

The room was spacious, with new furniture and decorated with good taste. It was very clean, I could say exceptionally clean. The bed was absolutely perfect, I had a great sleep. Free Wi-Fi, free parking. The host gave me very clear information on how to book in even thow I got to the location at 11PM.

The bedroom and bathroom were nicely fitted. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Little fridge was a bonus. Good shower and plenty of hot water. The host was very helpful. Carbis Bay is beautiful and is in walking distance from the property. Tesco's 5 min walk St ives along a lovely path, 20 mins.

Easy to find. Free on drive parking. Warm comfy bed , lovely quality towels. Nice touch a fridge. Bbq facilities. Would have used if known. Everything you need for a stop over. Would come again.100%

Nothing really. Although we thought we were in for a sleepless night as the owners had a party going on above us, but thankfully went quiet later on.

Really nice property. People that own the property really lovely people tented to all needs.
