malá postel, hlučná ventilace, což ruší v noci. A především velké množství komárů, na které nikdo předem neupozornil. Upozornění je až v chodbě domu s tím, že se nemají otvírat okna. Takže si nevyvětráte a nemůžete využívat terasu. Ale právě pro tu terasu jsme si ubytování vybrali. I tak jsme byli hodně poštípaní, což pro alergika je dost problém. Takže velké zklamání.

Eigenaren niet ontmoet. Wij kijken terug op een goed verblijf hier, absolute meerwaarde was het zwembad. De badkamer is heerlijk en de keuken compleet. Prive parking was echt een uitkomst. Wij hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad.

Geen zitting in de woning. Enkel een bed en twee barkrukken. Buiten een tafel met drie stoelen van hout die niet super comfortabel waren. We hadden enorme last van muggen (maar dat is niet de schuld van de eigenaren) waardoor op het balkon zitten erg lastig werd. Helaas geen hor in de schuifpui, dat zou ik wel als tip aandragen.

Facilite d’accès grâce aux indications très claires et précises, immeuble très bien entretenu tout comme l’appartement. Bien équipé et climatisé,balcon large et agréable avec une jolie vue.

Lovely apartment quite a nice view.

Quite complicated process to enter apartment. Received a parking fine whilst going through the process. Location when you initially book is not particularly clear. The apartment is quite a walk up from the beach and the road that it is listed on is not a road but a walking track and it is at the top of it. Cardio and calf's need to be in good shape if you want to walk up. Could do with some more soap in bathroom

This apartment was a great find, right in the heart of Monaco and very close to the venue of the concert we were attending. It's well equipped with everything you could need, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Eating breakfast on the veranda with the stunning view is a great way to start your day. Though we didn't have much contact with the host, she seemed responsive, friendly, and helpful. She even translated the French instructions into English for my parents, for whom the booking was made.

Though the host sent detailed instructions for arrival and departure, they found it very complicated to retrieve the keys and get in, and they relied on a neighbour to help them (who also found it complicated). The host expected photographs of personal identity documents, which is highly unusual given my identity is already verified via booking.com, and likewise, we were expected to send photographs upon departure. I suspect this is the result of an overly cautious host, but I can see how it might make some people feel uncomfortable - especially the identity documents.
