Marion was very nice, friendly and helpful. Any question we had she answered almost immediately. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable. The parking is safe, the accommodation has its own parking space in the garage. The view from the balcony is beautiful, Monaco can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean and the owner is extremely helpful

The location is outside of Monaco so take longer to walk to main attractions and takes longer to get taxi I would also like to suggest to the owner that they could provide perhaps 2 bottles of water in the fridge for their guests.

It was nice and clean, like in the photos.

After I booked the apartment I was informed by the owner that the property is in a different location (not in Monaco), if you don’t have a car you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. In the booking map it shows to be on Boulevard Du Tenao, but it is on Boulevard Guynemer and it is a big difference. Our phones were buzzing in the night as they were switching from Orange France to Monaco Telekom mobile carrier. The private pool is private for the entire residence, not for the apartment and it wasn’t cleaned in order to use it. The owner sent a lot of messages even at late hours regarding his many rules (you have to clean everything after you). Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t let any apartment as a mess, but until now I wasn’t informed either that if I don’t clean the room I won’t see my deposit. This deposit that was mentioned in almost all messages is not mentioned in the booking page and I didn’t received any money back even if I provided a full video of the apartment and it’s state.

FALSE ADVERTISING - the address said :Chemin de la Rousse, 98000, Monte Carlo - that is NOT the case, the property is on Bd Guynemer - OVER 40 mins walk uphill from the address we went to as per our booking. Important : this is not Monte Carlo - the property is in France and a 40 min walk to Monte Carlo 2. We arrived and paid a taxi to the advertised address. And Then to be told by the owner by message it was actually a different address. (Apparently easier access farther away up into the hills 😳😳) There was no other access to enter the apartment except the real address the owner gave us 3. 460€ for 1.5 days , all instructions on what we must do, things to remember when you leave and TOLD by the owner when we arrived to leave the place as we found it - TOTAL STRESS, vacuuming the place at 6 am - were we to wash the bed sheets and towels !?! 4. You won’t be met by anyone , you will Just get long messages on what you have to do so that you are not charged extra and it will be made clear what you cannot do 😅😅😅 5. For the price , just book the Port Palace hotel for a 100€ more - seriously just book a Monte Carlo hotel 6. The towels are super if you want a great body exfoliation - hard , so be careful to dab and Pat yourself dry. I actually couldn’t believe this. Rock hard towels , seriously 😳 7. Cotton would be great on the bed 8. Be super if someone actually met us … Seriously anyone reading this just book a hotel

We loved everything about this apartment. It has everything you need, extremely clean and just feels like home. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Area is quiet and calm. Absolutely recommended, would come back here many times. 10/10 Also, many thanks to the host! Incredible communication and effort.
