hot Springs were nice. :Ocation was convenient for our purposes.

I thought I was getting a king size bed. It felt a little small for a queen. The restaurant didn't serve a breakfast early.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms were roomy and spacious. Pool was nice and clean. The location is perfect for the wedding we attended and the views are also very wonderful.

The fridge froze our food. The microwave in the room was extremely bright and shined right at the bed making it hard to fall asleep. There were only 2 bath towels. We had the two of us and our son so we didn’t have enough towels for our family. Additionally, I like having an extra towel for my hair so I don’t drop water everywhere. The lighting in the bathroom was not great. There was also no other mirror in the room besides the bathroom. It made getting ready for the wedding difficult.

Very spacious 1 bedroom villa. 7 hot tubs which was more than advertised which was a bonus. Beautiful scenery & grounds & nearby trails. Great restaurants nearby. It was relaxing when we stayed there which is what we were looking for, but we heard it can get busy once school gets out.

Pool tiles were missing & I felt the maintenance of the pools & hot tubs could be improved. My husband didn't like the time share presentation request. We just wanted to check in & be on our way & not be pressured to listen to a presentation which we declined.

The room was clean, big, and beautiful views. Hot springs were wonderful!

The bed was uncomfortable. Very used and probably needed to be replaced. Husband actually had to sleep on the couch.
