Excellent location, well equipped rooms, great view from the balcony

Too high level of water in the toilet

It was beautiful, clean and a gorgeous views. The staff, Marcela and Brittany were so helpful and kind.

We quite enjoyed our brief stay at Walley's hot springs in Genoa, NV. The two room "villa" had lots of space for our family, and the grounds were bursting with bird life in mid-spring.

We found a few notes in the listing that made us think that hot springs access perhaps was NOT included with our stay, which would have been sad. But in this case, we did end up being granted access. FYI, not under the hotel's control, but the water at the hot springs was warm and nice, but when you looked closely, wasn't very clean.

Clean welcoming and the staff was very helpful great place to stay
