aday - Large terrace and 2 bedrooms apartment in the heart of Randers

Spacious, location, comfortable beds. It's 1.5 baths--1 bathroom is only a toilet + sink, so we all had to share the 1 small shower in the master bathroom, but that was fine for us on this visit. Window blinds and curtains all worked, fridge worked, toaster & kettle worked. Bare-bones kitchen but enough for basic breakfast or simple meals.

There was only 1 bath towel per person and 1 kitchen towel provided--no washing cloths and no face or hand towels. Bad for washing hands. Really Big Problem: Shower curtain more than 20cm too short on the bottom, so all of the water hits the shower floor and splashes over the shower curb onto the bathroom floor. There is no bathroom mat or rug provided. It is a lot of water because the shower curb is low. The water does not dry out (no bath fan/ventilation). The bathroom floor slopes toward the entrance to the bathroom. This meant the entrance always had standing water and your socks or shoes would get soaked when you went in or out. You'd track water onto the rest of the apartment floors also. We were forced to use 1 of our bath towels as a floor mat as a result, as there was no bath floor mat. Since you are charged if you use any extra towels, and there were no hand towels, bath mat, or face cloths provided, this was a big problem. Shower had black mold on walls despite everything else being clean.

Convenient location and spacious. Extensive self check in instructions.

The threats for paying 200 DKK if asking a question that could have been found in the information app, or 500 DKK minimum for not following all check out instructions is very unfriendly and unsettling.

Great location. Roomy with lots of light. Heated bathroom floor.

We had to make our own beds. 1 towel only for each guest. Nothing to dry dishes in the kitchen. Had to buy an extra set of bedding to get a towel for the kitchen.
