Vicinissimo all’ospedale maggiore e struttura veramente pulita!

Il. Lima la posizione la modernità e freschezza degli arredi e cucina.

Non poter fare contratti a lungo termine.

Quiet place, parking

Not enough kitchen equipment. No knife or bottle opener. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom when you were in the shower.

Struttura accogliente, in zona residenziale molto tranquilla, a due passi dall'ospedale con servizi e mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili. Ben organizzata, con camera ampia e spazio comune dove poter cucinare e consumare i pasti.

Assenza di comunicazione diretta, e a volte pressante. Tutto in self, ma ormai sta diventando la regola. Vi prego di cambiare il letto, struttura cigolante al minimo movimento, materasso così così, cuscini terribili...di quelli ad aria....

Molto pulito.

Cuscini troppo morbidi e scomodi, ma al netto di ciò camera impeccabile sia dal punto di vista della pulizia che della comodità.

Good location, short distance from the city centre. Building was fairly new and looked tidy. Check in was simple and the directions given were easy to follow. Good parking and wifi.

When we first checked in to our room the air conditioning was making horrible loud banging noise and was not working. I contacted the manager right away, who then wanted a video (via WhatsApp) of the AC. After a while they responded and apologized that it was not working. They said they will call for technician to fix it, without mentioning when this technician would show up. Meanwhile we could have a fan (but we had to get it ourselves from the basement). We waited couple of hours without no word from the manager. Then I messaged the manager again and asked how long it would take and if maybe we could change rooms. It was frustrating in a hot room, waiting for someone to come (if they were coming anyway?) We got an automatic message quide for a different room, and assumed it was okay to change to this room. We then changed to a different room, which was smaller than we paid for and without a balcony. I messaged the manager again, asking for somekind of refund for this. They said they would compensate the price difference between the two rooms and it would take couple of days. No mention of how much this would be. Still waiting for the money. The troubles did not end here. On our second day we bought some instant coffee and bread and left it in the shared kitchen. No way these could be mistaken for a trash. When we came back to have lunch, we noticed that the food had been thrown away or taken by the cleaners. Contacted manager again...They apologized and said they would find out what happened and that it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Didn't hear anything from them again. Also we got a terrible sleep for these three nights we stayed. The bed was making loud noise as if it was breaking with every inch you moved. Would not recommend this place before a serious action is taken to fix these things! After the stay manager even messaged me via WhatsApp saying "lol ur review!?" When they got a bad google review. Very unprofessional!!
