good location good off street parking nice apartments for team on business trip kitchen is useful I would like to book again for next year

Facilities could be better: Missing plates, forks, knifes etc from kitchen ( had to buy from ikea) No coffee pods supplied No shampoo / shower gels supplied No Iron

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. They showed zero flexibility for check-in and check-out, even though every other place I’ve stayed at has allowed early check-in when the room was available. Our floor was completely empty, yet they didn’t respond until 2:00 PM. It’s clear that most people in this area aren’t here for tourism but for the hospital, yet there was no consideration for that. This was the first time in Italy that I felt a complete lack of humanity. I sincerely hope I never have to return.

No towels, booked a twin room - got a double, no way of communicating with staff and no response.

I liked that there was parking available. Room was ckean

Did not see anybody. Cushions very "used", everything goes by code and comunication only via text.Sopposed to have coffee possibile for the stay but we had only for one day, when I asked they wrote me that I have to buy for myself. I guess I am not used to stay without service in a facility.Also if you have to clean after your breakfast, no towel available!!! First and last time!
