The location was good!

We were originally booked for two nights but had to cut our trip short due to several disappointing discrepancies. These included confusion over the check-out time, an unexpected increase in the damage deposit, and surprise parking charges despite the listing stating free parking. Additionally, the remote control had no batteries, the pool table had no chalk, we were given an incorrect entry code, and overall, the customer service was very poor. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted our stay and led us to leave earlier than planned.

No WiFi, no television , lack of communication between the staff at the management company. We spent 3 days here with no services, this should’ve been checked before arrival, Offered a different apartment to be then told that we couldn’t have it as keys weren’t available , Had to pay for our own internet services so we could carry out our job which is why we came to Manchester

The property was fine.

I was accused of stealing 3 pillows when I left and had £30 deducted from my deposit. Even though I disputed it nobody has got back to me. I was not shown an inventory at the start of my stay.
