The exterior of the building needs attention. A couple places in the foyer need wall repairs. It didn't affect our room accommodations, but still quite noticeable.

The location was great , walkable to town, easy to find. Plus added benefit of a washing machine

We absolutely loved the location. The proximity to everything in Sorrento and beyond was great and the views from both balconies were so refreshing.

We felt the showers were a little tight to maneuver in. We were constantly bumping the handle that operates the water temperature either off or too hot or cold when trying to turn around. Also there were a lot of intimidating rules up about towels etc but no specifics on how to operate the stove or how to dispose of the garbage.

During my stay, two male staff members entered the apartment without any prior notice or permission, claiming they needed to do maintenance. They did not call, message, or knock at the door. I woke up startled by the sound of the lock being opened while I was wearing only underwear, as my luggage had been lost and the property refused to provide an extra blanket. This is a violation of privacy and a crime under Italian law. I informed the property managers immediately, but I was ignored. In addition, I had to sleep every night on a broken bed and several other issues I reported were never resolved. We decided to leave the accommodation earlier than planned due to the lack of assistance, the unsafe conditions, and the serious breach of privacy

Great location, spacious, great balcony

We appreciated having coffee available, napkins and plenty of toilet paper. Rafaele was very helpful and clear with instructions and provided an extra set of keys for us. Our stay here has been very pleasant. We deeply appreciated having few items that made our visit much easier. The beds were very comfortable and apartment is well cared for and clean. It feels welcoming.

The smaller room lacked a bedside table or other means to place luggage on. It is perfect for children but not ideal for another couple.

The staff and facilities were amazing. vet comfortable for a family of four (even five). Very clean with generous space and great location with only minutes walk to markets, main area. The staff were fabulous and informative with fabulous communication regarding check -in as well as so helpful with booking an unforgettable trip to the Amalfi Coast via boat. The boat crew were informative, kind and a lot of fun and provided a wonderful experience!!! I could not rate this property highly enough. Thanks Sorrento Vibe, we will definitely be back staying with you in the future!!!
