The hosts were responsive before my arrival. However, I had a lot of problems getting the key from the mail box as the code that the hosts provided did not work. I told the hosts that I would arrived at 10am. At around 1020pm when I could not open the mail box to get the keys, I called the hosts a number of times and sent a few messages via What's App and SMS. They did not reply. In fact they did not reply until the day I was leaving, giving me instructions to check out. When I raised the mail box issue, they only apologised for not answering my call when I arrived. This is totally unacceptable.
