"Cute"

The place is safe, beautiful and the staff respond fast. Crystal, Nando and another staff member assisted us in our needs immediately. The response was within minutes if not seconds. The place was clean and very well maintained. The location is private meaning very safe and comfortable, we didn't even need a car to move around but if you do need parking, there is many affordable places walking distance. We parked at Doña Fela parking garage over night for a very low rate bargain and the walk was very nice and simple.

"Dust dungeon"

Location

The suite was not filthy, but not clean and very dusty. There were many figurines that had not been dusted in years and all the floors were dusty. No personnel was on the permis, all communication was done by phone. No windows in this so called suite, I have never been in a place with no windows. Felt very isolated from the surroundings. Don't go here!

We arrived in Old San Juan at noon but could not access room til 4pm. I had asked if we could leave our luggage but never heard back about that. It was disappointing as we were only staying one night. We had to drag our cases around. I don't get why, if the room is ready, owner will not let guests in til 4. ( We did not get access codes til 3:45!)I was thinking they forgot about us! I wouldn't mind so much if we just could have left our bags somewhere. Also the apartment is very dark. It's a decent place to stay for one night while exploring Old San Juan.

Great location, beautiful spacious apartment. Comfortable firm mattress.

No hot water in the sinks, only hot water in the shower.

Loved the Boho room. The decorations were cute. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the vintage room. It is centrally located in old San Juan, close to Starbucks.

No hot water. The owners don't greet you on arrival. You get a text with information on how to buzz yourself into the building and up to room.

Delightfully decorated and nice touches like the compliments bubbly. Great location. Nice to have a mini kitchen. Very comfy beds with lots of fun, throw pillows.
