Very clean and beautiful it was perfect for four people

Excellent location. Clean room, a/c was great.

Just need to watch your step with some half-steps in hallway and bathroom, especially for family stays with little ones..

Location, clean and cozy

Great place! Small but worked well for our group. Modern and clean bathroom and shower - definitely a plus! Interior apartment with small windows that don't open, but we had enough light, a/c and were hardly in there anyway since there was so much to do. Near lots of good restaurants and sights.

In the heart of Old San Juan and close to all the sites. Surprisingly spacious with old-fashioned charm. Great place to stay. Friendly advice, parking is extremely limited.

Bed was a little too firm for my comfort.

The location was perfect. I liked how quickly Crystal responded to my text messages.

The beds in the living room need a mattress toper. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. There was too much decorative items in the apartment. Donate the stuff and have a few decorative items in the apartment. Pinterest is an excellent place for ideas. Consider having coffee and water in a plastic bottle waiting on the kitchen counter for new guests.

elevator, nice room, lamps, good A/C, convenient location.

could use some utensils for small kitchen. the bathroom light fixture hangs too low. outlet plugs don’t hold in bedroom.

Excellent location, very comfortable room

I did not receive confirmation of the door codes until I was already on my way to Puerto Rico. Luckily I had data available, otherwise it could have been a nightmare.
