"Good stay, above average experience"

Excellent Location, good a/c, adequate beds, peaceful floor

Staff did not replied the messages promptly. Coffee maker is not accesible, basically on the floor, you cant use it. First floor smell bad

We loved the location, right in the heart of Old San Juan! Convenient walk to restaurants and sight-seeing. Cute little market next door. We booked a total of 3 rooms and each was unique and met our needs. Thank you!!

We were very happy with our accommodations and will stay here again!

3 different door codes (outside door/ inside door and room door) is a lot! Totally Understandable but it's a lot!

"Nice apartment in the heart of old San Juan"

Excellent location. Apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Clear instructions provided to enter apartment - felt very secure. We were able to check out slightly later on our last day.

If the water in the shower was a bit warmer, it would be perfect. It was quite warm but not hot - this is just my personal preference.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and well equiped. It was comfortable and easy to access. Host was friendly and code access was a plus! It was a great experience for a last minute reservation.

Wish I could stay more time in that place, it was so beautiful. Defenitly would be my top choice over my next visits if was pet friendly.

"Perfect location and very reasonable price."

Location couldn't be better. Right next to plaza colon where many tours will pick you up. coffee, smoothies, and the best empanadas across the street. grocery store right next door. walk to all destinations in old San Juan. plenty of towels were provided. charming old world feeling of the building. very secure as there are three codes need to reach your room. guest services can easily be reached via text for any issues that come up and they were very quick to respond. would definitely stay here again.

"Excellent to stay in Old San Juan"

The location of the place is excellent for walk to any point in Old San Juan and is close to the main parking lots: Covadonga and Doña Fela.
