A wonderful and convenient place to stay to explore Old San Juan and if you are taking a cruise. Easy walk to the port - even with luggage. Pier 4 is right down the hill. Clean, quaint and very safe. Easy to communicate with the hostess. Clear, easy instructions. Very responsive. Her recommendations for meals and sights to see were wonderful.

"Level Set Expectations. Focus On Location Convenience."

Conveniently located in the heart of Old San Juan. Amenities including microwave and refrigerator. Quickly bug colorful room decor. Okay shower water pressure.

No safe. Pillows too soft. Pet birds on premises too chirpy on the ground floor. Need multiple passwords to unlock doors leading to room including the safe. No view.

The quick responses, cleanliness

The water pressure in shower is terrible as well as the draining.. standing water. I was unable to wash my hair decently due to the pressure. I booked based on another customer who said the water pressure was amazing..it wasn't. If this improves I would book again in a heartbeat because everything else was great.
