"Our vacation"

The apartment was beautiful. My family loved it.

The big brown field you cant help but see if you open the master patio door. Its a construction site. Had a hard time opeing the patio door from the living room. We had to buy trashbags, handsoap and toilet paper bc the toilet paper there was 1 ply.

Nicely furnished

Needed more kitchen items. 3rd floor😑. Was not given info to enter the condo and had to wait 30 min with groceries in the car. Once we reached the owner, he was helpful in getting us situated

"Awesome Condo, Management not so much"

The condo was perfect! It was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable. My family really enjoyed the games they had there!

The management staff were not the best. Really it was mostly the maintenance guy. 2 of the tvs had issues the worst was the one in the living room it was clearly missing a second remote that was for the actual TV and the was a letter that stated the condo had cable but the remote that was there wasn't the cable remote either so im there with small children who couldn't watch Trolls!! Also the screen door is broken and I found myself locked out of the condo for over an hour with my groceries and my 84 year old grandma locked inside with my 8 & 7 y.o. with no TV! The maintenance person did not help me with either of these issues. I was just given excuse after excuse...I was just there...I'm 45 minutes away. At one point he even suggested that I break the door to get into the condo so he wouldn't have to come fix it. I never got the family room TV to work and had to buy batteries for the remote for the other. Eventually I was able to get the screen door open on my own. So if you dont mind being a tech specialist or a lock smith this is the vacation home for you
