Central location, well equipped, everything you needed for stay.

Nothing.

Location excellent for the Pirate festival. Lovely homely cottage and good communication from the owners, they were very helpful.

Bathroom on 3rd floor and microwave not large enough.

So close to town centre. Clean and well equipped. Loved that they left us milk to have a tea when we arrived! There was a great selection of games the kids enjoyed and the kitchen had all we needed.

It was difficult to unload with no dedicated parking but it is understandable and the house location makes up for that. The sofa could have been more comfortable.

The cottage was lovely-nice abd large and beautiful decorated. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone thinking off going to Brixham

The cottage was within 4 minutes walk to the harbour- no need to drive anywhere ad everything was on your doorstep with the local pun The Manor less than a minutes walk.

Great location, bijou facilities, beautifully presented and clean, lots of little touches, often not found in holiday accommodation - felt like staying in someone's home rather than a rental. Host Annie is immediately available for queries and does a super job in making guests feel welcome.

If this super cottage has a drawback it is that the only bathroom and toilet is situated right at the top of the house, accessible from the ground floor by two narrow steep staircases, and from the master bedroom by a narrow, steep, low ceiling staircase. Not a problem for the majority, but could be an issue for older guests.

Very clean and comfortable.
