Due to location in city centre, we expected it to be noisy so at night need to have windows closed. During warm weather, therefore, a fan is essential in each bedroom. These were provided, but only one was working. A major issue was a raised cracked tile with a pointed edge in the main bathroom which was hidden under a bath mat. We were able to avoid any accident once we discovered it, but this needs fixing. Previous reviews had mentioned and shown some of the floor tiles were cracked. The floor had obviously deteriorated further by the time of our visit.
SGGBGreat apartment handy for city centre and with added bonus of secure parking. A bedroom ensuite and another bedroom with family bathroom. Much bigger than expected. Very well appointed and comfortable.

Apartment needs some renovation. All the floors are damaged and bathroom tiles are badly broken plus moody silicone around bath.
