The place was good

We didn't like how the responded on our call out when the gas stove/braai stand didn't work as normal. As the lady that come left the gas by the security didn't come to our apartment yet we didn't have any gas background on how to change gas within that stove.

The apartment is clean, neat and comfortable

Collecting the keys came with pressure. I had to indicate the specific time that I will be at the venue, which is not always certain. Same thing when we had to check out, I had to indicate specific time so that they can come collect the key. The host should consider another option where we can leave the keys. Early and after check out time (08am - 10am) has charges cuz there is no reception to collect or hand over the keys to. Extra towels and tissues come at cost. How do I use the same towel for 5 days :(
