Friendly host - quick to respond Spacious balcony Close to shops Walking distance to beach

Very cold (no aircon/heater/electric blanket) Booked for family of 4 for 4 nights - very few towels & 1.5 roll toilet paper. There is no flexibility with late checkout. Very distant, partial sea view.

The apartment is 100% as described, the outside patio was amazing, the bbq was gas ! So that's always good. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was great, with lots of plates, glasses etc. One of the best stocked I've ever stayed in. The living area was great and pool was also fab. location is fantastic, right next to Eden on the bay which has shops, restaurants etc. The beach is stunning.

Not so much I didn't like, but a bit more information from the staff on how to use the keys to get in and out of the security gates, as ours didn't always work. Also, no one told us about the load shedding (government-planned power cuts), which I know can't be helped, but maybe a heads up? I googled it when the power went, but not everyone would have figured out the schedules. This isn't normal in most of Europe, so maybe so information?
