Breakfast is not Good. They provided Appam n Curry which we not preferred. and there is no option for breakfast. And they didn't allow us to spend time in trace and in balcony due to Australia residence staying in upstairs. And TV is not working. Wifi is not working. Water heater in bathroom is not working. They asked to put in induction stove for hot water. And in living room TV is not working. We couldn't enjoy much in accommodation. Only the Prime location and Ambiance is great about the accommodation and we cant enjoy their.

Breakfast - it was provided through some neighbours and it is mostly appam with egg curry or with peas curry. It was quite good and with decent portions too. Priscilla is the star of the place and credit goes to her for being regularly in touch with us and sharing with us the google map location, and also prompting us to inform her about the time of arrival too. We also had some lovely conversations with her and her charming smile and humourous demeanour was very helpful to unwind after a tiring day out in the sun. There are quite a few scenic spots nearby - Cocoa factory, Periyar river banks, Athirapally falls etc

There is nothing we could complain about - everything was in order. we were given a good tour of the place once we came in, so we were familiar with all we could use and what items ( in case we need ) and where it could be found. Priscilla was always around and a huge shout out to her for keeping the place in perfect condition.

Extraordinary feel at home stay. Priscilla , the guest manager is amazing. For larger or smaller groups this is a great place to stay and relax.

May be cluttered furniture in living room. But that's negligible when compared to overall comfort

It was definitely home away from home where we were looked after like a family. Especially when Priscilla made us Dinner one night because we were unable to find options to order at midnight. The attention to detail and the various spaces at this house will suit your every vibe, weather it is calm or chilling and jamming with your friends. Definitely coming back if I am ever in Kochi.

From arrival to departure we had a wonderful stay. Priscilla, the guesthouse manager greeted us warmly, gave a comprehensive tour of this luxurious property, and was there to wave us goodbye. Our family room was light, cool, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have so many areas to relax in, especially the rooftop patio surrounded by potted palms and greenery.

We have no complaints.

Really enjoyed my stay. Property is a short 15-20min drive from Cochin international airport. Property is beautiful, rooms are very spacious, clean, everything you need and it’s really good value for money. It was the best homestay I ever had in India. Host/manager Prescilla is amazing. Really caring and she made sure we were comfortable and made us feel welcome. Had massage which was really good. Used their taxi to the airport. Really enjoyed my stay and I would come back again.
